Objective

The fundamental investment objective of the Fund is to provide total returns comprised of interest income and modest capital appreciation by investing primarily in high-yield structured credit securities, which are asset-backed debt securities that typically pay a floating rate of interest and which are backed by specific pools of financial assets including, but not limited to, senior secured leveraged loans, mortgages, credit card loans and auto loans.
